I’m a holistic wellness therapist with a deep passion for creating moments of calm, connection and natural wellbeing.
My journey into holistic health began with a curiosity about essential oils, which led me to discover doTERRA — and it quickly became something I wanted to share with others.
What makes my treatments special?
I love using products that align with my passion for natural wellbeing and quality.
For my massage treatments, I use doTERRA essential oils, carefully selecting blends to complement your treatment and create a deeply relaxing, sensory experience.
For my facials, I use Tropic Skincare — a beautiful, natural skincare range that allows me to combine nourishing skincare with the relaxing, holistic experience I want every facial to provide.
Every treatment I offer is tailored to you. Whether you’re looking to switch off from the busyness of everyday life, enjoy some much-needed self-care or simply take a little time for yourself, I carefully select the products, aromas and techniques to create a treatment that feels personal and restorative.
For me, holistic wellness isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about creating space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
It’s more than just a treatment — it’s about the whole experience: relaxation, nourishment, touch and time for you.

Hot Stones
Hot stones have many benefits, relaxation being just one of them.
They are great for blood flow/circulation, calming effect on Injured muscles, emotional relief, enhanced mobility and more.
Hot stones allow the access to deeper layers of muscle that usually wouldn’t be contracted. This then in turn helps to regain mobility within the joints and muscles, enabling them to function more easily.
Having a hot stones massage during an evening can also help with insomnia or struggling to relax at night. The warmth of the stones and power of doTERRA Essential Oils will help to calm the body and mind, allowing you to let go of wakefulness at bedtime.

AromaTouch
doTERRA AromaTouch Massage is a relaxing, rejuvenating massage that features doTERRA Essential Oils to produce a profound and unique whole-body wellness experience.
During the doTERRA AromaTouch massage treatment, a combination of calming, immune boosting, anti-inflammatory and balance inducing oils are applied to the back, neck, head and feet in a soothing repetition of strokes.

Swedish massage is a gentle and soothing form of bodywork that focuses on promoting relaxation, increasing circulation, and easing muscle tension. Swedish massage is different from other techniques because of its signature movements, which include effleurage (long, sweeping strokes), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (tapping), and friction (rubbing). These distinct techniques are designed to stimulate the muscles, improve blood flow, calm the nervous system and enhance overall well-being.
